Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 24-48 hours may incur a fee of 25% of the service amount.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Emergency Exceptions

2. Delivery and Redemption
Delivery: Upon purchase, the E-Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient's email address. Please ensure the email address provided is accurate.

No Expiry: E-Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees for non-use or balance remaining on the card.
